Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. We strongly encourage customers to track their packages using the tracking number provided in their order confirmation email.
For assistance with delivery issues or to file a claim, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.
Shipping Policy
At this time, LYFE LEGACY LLC ships only within the United States. Due to most products being made to order, please allow up to two weeks for order processing prior to shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
